Overview

Even Shelves calculates an even spacing between shelves given the overall height of a shelf unit, the number of shelves, and the thickness of each shelf. Optionally, one or more shelves can be fixed in position and the remaining shelves will be evenly spaced. This program is ideal for creating cabinets, bookcases, and other types of furniture containing shelves. It takes just minutes to crank out a report, take it to the shop, and start building.
 

Computer Requirements

This program requires a PC running Windows 95, 98, or NT4 with at least 16 Mb of RAM and 10 Mb of hard disk space.

Output Report

Even Shelves produces an output report that provides the computed shelf spacing, the distance from the top of the unit to the top of each shelf, the overall height, and the thickness of each shelf. This report can be previewed at various zoom factors and printed out.
